Refund Policy – TheSkillTechnix (Web Development Services)

At TheSkillTechnix, we aim to deliver high-quality web development services. This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for service-based projects.

1. Web Development Service Refunds

Refunds are processed based on project progress.

Eligible for Partial Refund:

Refunds may be provided if:

  • The project has not started yet

  • Only initial consultation or basic planning was completed

  • You cancel within 48 hours of payment

Not Eligible for Refund:

Refunds are not provided when:

  • Design work has begun

  • Development work has begun

  • The project is completed or partially delivered

  • You change your mind after work has progressed

  • Delays are caused by client-side issues (late content, no communication, etc.)

2. Advance Payments

All projects require an upfront payment (e.g., 30–50% depending on scope).
This advance is non-refundable once work begins.

3. Service Delivery

If the client is dissatisfied, we offer revisions based on the selected package.
Refunds are not issued for completed work.

4. Maintenance & Hosting Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Monthly or annual maintenance plans

  • Hosting fees

  • Domain charges

  • Any third-party subscriptions

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Project details

  • Reason for refund request

Refunds (if approved) may take 5–10 business days to process.
